Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to track your order through the carrier. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.

Bespoke and made-to-order designs are especially crafted upon your order in our atelier in London. Thus, please note that they are not applicable for a refund or exchange. However, in the unlikely case you have any concerns with the fit when you receive your garment(s), please contact us and we will work on the garment until you are happy.
